Lakefront Labradoodles guarantees that at the time of delivery, the dog is in good health and has received proper health care including, but not limited to: worming treatments, first vaccinations, and a thorough health e!am by our veterinarian. Puppies are not fully immune until vaccination series is complete, at 20 weeks of age. These diseases can be spread via contact, air, hands, and clothing, please take precautions.
New owner is responsible to continue the vaccination series, failure to complete series by licensed veterinarian voids all guarantees.
Seller does not guarantee against internal/external parasites (worms, fleas, ticks), non-descending testicles, hernias, overbite/underbite.
No guarantee is given as to size, weight, hair coat, breed ability or disposition of puppy.
We also guarantee for a period of 72 hours that the puppy is free of any disease and is in good health. All puppies must be e!amined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt for the guarantee to be valid. Lakefront Labradoodles does not assume any liability for any injury to the dog during transport or delivery. In the event that a pre-existing disease is determined within the first 72 hours of purchase, Lakefront Labradoodles will reimburse veterinary bills not to exceed original purchase price of the puppy.
A warranty against all life threatening genetic or disease is provided for the dog until two years of age. Lakefront Labradoodles will reimburse buyer the veterinary costs up to one-half the purchase price of the dog, if the dog is kept by the buyer. OR provide a replacement puppy to buyer from a similar litter type from the first litter with availability. Two independent veterinary examinations (one of whom is selected by Lakefront Labradoodles) and reviews must be provided to seller documenting the genetic health issue. Reimbursement of veterinary fees is provided to buyer upon receipt of copies of the medical reports. Reports must state the treatments provided, and fees for the treatments. Seller will only reimburse for fees directly related to the genetic disease or condition. Seller will not be held responsible for the development of faults, diseases or disorders which are the direct result of environmental factors or buyers negligence.
A warranty for hip dysplasia is provided until the dog is two years of age. This warranty will be terminated should the dog be allowed to become overweight or developing joints get overstressed at any point during the warranty period. Veterinary medical records will be required showing the weight of the dog and the veterinarian assessment of the weight. Should the dog be found to have HD within its first two years, buyer must provide LaRue’s Labradoodles with proof in the form of documentation from OFA. All veterinarian costs and testing procedural expenses are owners responsibility. Should results from OFA or veterinarian indicate that an injury may have occurred that caused or contributed to the issue, no reimbursement or replacement will be provided.
